Vitamin B-1 (Thiamine) This vitamin decreases edema (swelling). It increases heart
function in cardiac insufficiency.
It increases blood pumped by the heart from 13% to 22%.

A deficiency leads to cataract formation. Riboflavin with Folic acid converts

Exercise increases need for Riboflavin.
Riboflavin supplements can decrease migraine headaches.
Vitamin B-3 Niacin-(Niacinamide-buffered to prevent flushing)
It is essential for normalizing cholesterol production in the liver. It lowers LDL
(Bad) cholesterol.
It is a key ingredient for treating Hypoglycemia and Diabetes.
It lowers lipoprotein-a levels (which causes cholesterol to stick to injured arteries).
